New classes to start in September/October in Melksham.
Would ask you to register interest for;
Baby Massage (45 min -1 hour including tea and snack) a block of 5 sessions building up to a full massage and useful techniques for sleep and digestion with some postntal breathing and exercises.
Baby Yoga with postnatal moves for parent (45 mins)
Toddler Yoga (30 mins)
