Essential oils consultation and Beginners Trio package £35

Learn about essential oils and how to incorporate them into a daily routine, while taking away a set of three essential oils (lavender, lemon and Peppermint). We can discuss how to remove toxins from the home and ways to live healthier and more naturally. By the end of the session we can create a daily wellness routine to improve health in a natural way.
Emotional Aromatherapy Initial consultation £55 including starter oil blend 5mls

Involving new client consultation to help start the process of dealing with emotional and physical ailments; sleep problems, headaches, dealing with trauma, stress, anxiety etc.
Emotional Aromatherapy Following-up Session £30 including a 2ml relevant oil blend

Continuing from the initial consultation using blends to balance emotional and physical ailments. Booking on a session to session basis.
AromaTouch Massage £35
(45 minutes - 1 hour)
Involving new client consultation. ArōmaTouch is an amazing technique that helps your body get rid of stress, toxins, inflammation, and balance the neurological system so it can handle those things better. dōTERRA’s ArōmaTouch Technique is a clinical approach to applying essential oils along energy meridians and visceral contact points of the back and feet to help balance sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems of the body.
Essential Oils Party (1-3 hours depending on requirements)
Free - This is a free event where I bring a section of oils and products to your home for you to sample and provide education on essential oils. Free gift for host, small sample for guests.
Essential Oils party including Make and Take option (Price based on needs)
Surcharge - Option for yourself and guests to make a product and then take home (discuss options).
I am happy to tailor a party to suit your needs, I can demonstrate an aromaTouch hand massage, how to use oils safely, and we can make various things such as room sprays based on your needs.
