This Class is in partnership with Liz Farrant IBCLC to provide this special Baby massage and 4th Trimester course.
The Nurturing baby massage class follows the Birthlight Training. Each week we introduce a new part of the baby massage techniques until by week 5 we have a full body massage that can be used with your baby at home. The classes are relaxed and fun and include a progression of massage techniques for parents to use with your little one and gentle exercises for parents and babies, with rhymes and songs. This is a safe environment which brings parents of new-borns together to share experiences and feelings with no judgement or criticism. We look at babies cues and how to recognise and support the baby’s needs. There is also a focus on relaxation and breathing for the parent as well and a chance to discuss 4th Trimester topics and relax at the end of the session.
A Block of sessions is from Wednesday 8th November - Wednesday 7th December 2023 5 sessions
