Postnatal Yoga First Steps and baby Yoga Combined
A class for new mums with babies to do together in the 4th Trimester. Introducing early postnatal practices in yoga, including breath work, relaxation, and gentle yoga movments to aid the body back into gentle recovery for mums. A relaxed class with progressing yoga moves to relign and stablise the body and mind. We will integrate simple yoga moves for babies and progress these to match level and age to babies needs.
